i feel wretched

Subject: i feel wretched

i started today feeling really great. but suddenly this afternoon
i've been hit by a profound feeling of unhappiness, negativity, 
loneliness and depression. all for no reason at all that i can think of.
it just feels really, really awful. 

blargh.
